Interbay Building Exterior Painting

B&G’s painting division recently painted the Interbay Building located in the Interbay neighborhood of Seattle. This is an industrial/office/warehouse building in an up and coming area in northwest Seattle.   Painting a building in an industrial area such as this not only makes the building itself look better, it creates a transformation that the surrounding properties typically follow in a process to beautify the neighborhood.  Inner city industrial regions are gaining popularity with startups and co-ops due to lower rents and larger more usable space.   Investments such as painting, lighting and parking lot upgrades in these types of properties bring added value at a low cost to the property owner.
