AIDLIB/Pacific Building Exterior Painting

B&G’s painting division just finished exterior painting on the AIDLIB/Pacific building located in north Kirkland, Washington. We striped the parking lot at no extra charge to the landlord.  Exterior building painting along with parking lot maintenance and good landscaping go a long way in improving a properties value and lease-ability.  This building looked especially drab in bad weather due to the old color scheme, and discoloration from surrounding foliage didn’t help anything.  The new scheme fits more with the properties around it and is a nice contrast to the green belt.
